At Falaq Journals, every journal is created with genuine care, and we take real pride in the quality of what we make. Because our products are digital and downloaded instantly, returns are not possible in the traditional sense. But we believe so strongly in our journals that we do things a little differently from most digital sellers.

Our 7 Day Money Back Guarantee

While digital products are usually sold as final, we offer a voluntary 7 day money back guarantee on every purchase. If your journal is not quite what you hoped for, simply reach out to us within 7 days of your purchase and we will happily refund you in full.

Since the product is digital and cannot be returned, there is nothing for you to send back. Once your refund is approved, you are welcome to keep the files. We would simply ask that you no longer use them out of good faith.

How Refunds Are Processed

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Fair Use of This Policy

Our money back guarantee is built on trust, and it is offered in good faith to customers who genuinely feel a product was not right for them. In the rare case where we notice the policy being misused, such as repeated refund requests across multiple purchases or clear evidence of bad faith, we reserve the right to decline the refund.

This simply allows us to keep offering such a generous guarantee to the honest customers it is meant for.
