All products sold by Falaq Journals are digital goods, delivered electronically as downloadable files. No physical item is shipped. Our products are designed for use on tablets such as iPad and Android devices, within note taking apps such as Goodnotes and Notability.
Product images, previews, and descriptions are provided to represent our products as accurately as possible. Slight variations in appearance may occur depending on your device, app, and screen settings.
2. Purchases and Payment
When you make a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are payable in full at the time of purchase.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and that the payment method used is your own or that you are authorised to use it.
3. Delivery
Your digital files are delivered instantly. After checkout, you can download your product from the order confirmation page and from a copy sent to your email. If you experience any issue receiving your files, please contact us at hello@falaqjournals.com and we will assist you promptly.
4. Licence and Use
When you purchase a product from Falaq Journals, you are granted a personal, non transferable, non exclusive licence to use that product for your own personal use.
You may: use the product on your own devices for your personal journaling and planning.
You may not: resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or give away our products. Reproduce or copy our products for distribution. Claim our designs as your own. Use our products for commercial purposes without our written permission.
All designs, content, and materials remain the intellectual property of Falaq Journals and Planerin FZC at all times.
5. Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, returns are not possible. However, we offer a voluntary 7 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us. Full details are available in our Return and Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of suspected misuse of this policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including any applicable right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, text, graphics, logos, and digital products, is the property of Falaq Journals and Planerin FZC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website or products without our written permission.

Our products are designed to be used within third party applications such as Goodnotes and Notability. We are not affiliated with these apps, and we are not responsible for their functionality, pricing, updates, or availability. Any issues with those apps should be directed to their respective providers.
